Budget and wish-list
Tell us your budget, must-haves and wish-list. We’ll also get you registered for priority alerts when suitable properties are about to come on the market. That way you get the first pick!
As a tenant, you have to be referenced and legal checks such as Right to Rent have to be carried out. We use professional reference tools to make the process as quick and easy as possible and will go through the full process with you so you know what to expect.
The safety of our tenants and properties is critical. We’ll make sure that all legally required checks are carried out such as gas, electrics, water, smoke and carbon monoxide so the property is safe for you to live in.
Agreement and deposit
We’ll prepare your tenancy agreement and once it’s signed by you and the landlord, the first month’s rent and deposit will be collected. We use client money protection and a tenant deposit scheme to make sure your money is registered.
Move in day
Once all paperwork is completed and deposits paid, it’s time to collect the keys and move into your new home! But we’re not far away, and will be on hand throughout your time renting with us. We forward to welcoming you as a tenant.
