We’ll make sure your property is advertised to a high standard across major property websites and social media for the biggest reach. Professional photographs, property videos and virtual tours will let tenants get a feel for your property whilst browning online.


Booking viewings

We’ll show suitable tenants around your property highlighting the most relevant aspects of your property that we know fit their ‘wish-list’. Finding the right tenants for your property is important; we’ll save you time and effort.


Checks & compliance

Thorough tenant referencing, inventory and legal compliance checks are carried out including gas safety checks, electrics, water, smoke and carbon monoxide and EPC. As a landlord you’ll have peace of mind that everything is in order.


Tenancy agreement

Once all the tenant referencing is done and agreements are signed, the first month’s rent and the deposit will be collected. We use approved Client Money Protection and tenant deposit schemes to fully stay within the law.
