Trainee Property Negotiator – Berkhamsted

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic, experienced, team based in one of the prettiest market towns in the South East, Berkhamsted. You will be working alongside some of the best talent in the industry within a growing caring business that’s focused on achieving the very best results for our clients. You will receive specific, in the role training to help you fulfil your full potential. We are invited into some of the finest homes in Hertfordshire and our discerning clients have a high expectation for unrivalled customer service and results.

Tasks

  • You will be expected to arrange your day, with the assistance of the branch manager, to undertake tasks that will help you meet your target requirements.
  • You will need to be organised and methodical in your approach to hit your targets. These tasks include; responding to Rightmove and Zoopla enquiries, responding to calls and emails into the office, building your own client list of buyers, finding new seller opportunities, this may involve knocking on doors to retrieve owners details and build up a relationship with them, undertaking viewings, finding upsell opportunities to introduce financial and legal services.
  • You, under the guidance of your team will be responsible for hitting you targets, you will need to be able to think outside the box to ensure that your target is met and you are contributing to the offices goals and objectives. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service at all times, your commission will be linked to customer reviews.

Weekend Viewing Guide – Hemel Hempstead/Boxmoor & Berkhamsted

Are you looking for an exciting, customer facing role? Our role involves selling some the areas finest properties are we are now looking to increase our weekend support team to assist our full time property professionals.

  • The role will involve office based tasks as well as showing potential clients around our clients homes.
  • The role will mean that you are required to hold a driving license and have use of a car.
  • The general office tasks will involve answering the phone, booking and cancelling viewings and updating property details, photocopying and printing.
  • You will also be expected to visit clients home to conduct face to face viewings.
  • You will need to be a confident speaker with a good level of English language. You will need to be efficient, able to communicate well, task orientated and be very organised.
  • Our clients expect the best customer experience and you will need to be able to demonstrate this with every task.
  • You will be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and some Bank holidays
