Client Services Associate (Kings Langley)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic, experienced team. Working in the Client Services Department, the position is based in our newly refurbished Kings Langley office.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Proven experience working in Customer Services or a Sales Environment.
  • Be a confident speaker with a good level of the English language.
  • Have competent computer skills.
  • Passionate about exceptional Customer Service.
  • Be organised, self-motivated and methodical in their approach.

Some of the tasks include:

  • Making a targeted number of calls.
  • Sending emails.
  • Matching clients in our database.
  • Finding opportunities to introduce all of our services, including, but not limited to, Financial, Conveyancing & Removals.

The successful candidate will receive specific training, working alongside some of the very best talent in the industry, within a growing and caring business that is focused on achieving the absolute best results for our clients.

Senior Associate (Boxmoor)

You will receive specific, in the role training to help you fulfil your full potential. We are invited into some of the finest homes in Hertfordshire and our discerning clients have a high expectation for unrivalled customer service and results.

Tasks

  • You will be expected to arrange your day, with the assistance of the branch manager, to undertake tasks that will help you meet your target requirements.
  • You will need to be organised and methodical in your approach to hit your targets. These tasks include; responding to Rightmove and Zoopla enquiries, responding to calls and emails into the office, building your own client list of buyers, finding new seller opportunities, this may involve knocking on doors to retrieve owners details and build up a relationship with them, undertaking viewings, finding upsell opportunities to introduce financial and legal services.
  • You, under the guidance of your team will be responsible for hitting you targets, you will need to be able to think outside the box to ensure that your target is met and you are contributing to the offices goals and objectives.
  • You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service at all times, your commission will be linked to customer reviews.

Assistant Manager (Boxmoor)

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager in developing business strategies, driving operations, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performance environment and meeting the needs of discerning clients, often within the luxury real estate sector. Additionally, you will be involved in sales progression, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

. Strategic Support: Assist the Branch Manager in organizing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives. Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the office with the Manager.

. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards.

. Productivity Improvement: Develop objectives to increase overall productivity within the office. Work towards and ensure that office goals and objectives are met.

. Task Delegation: Delegate and follow up on tasks assigned to team members. Supervise, motivate and inspire employees.

. Manager Substitution: Step into the Branch Manager’s role in their absence and provide ongoing support

. Vendor & Buyer Relations: Ensure a premium level of service for clients by working closely with vendors and buyers.

. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve client satisfaction.

. Lead by Example: Demonstrate professionalism and leadership to earn the respect of the team.
