Matt joins us with a wealth of experience with in the Estate Agency business. With over two decades of experience in estate agency, Matt has navigated every aspect of the industry, from frontline sales and lettings, to strategic property management. Starting with sales and listings, mastering negotiation and client relations before progressing to sales & lettings valuations, property inventories & check outs whilst ensuring precision in regular property assessments.
As Matt progressed within the industry, he turned his focus on nurturing talent & fostering success through coaching and management roles. Matt is particularly proud of spearheading the opening of a cold start office, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Outside of work, Matt finds fulfilment in hobbies like running (recently completed the MK half-marathon in 2hours 30mins) golfing, and online gaming, striking a balance between physical activity and digital pursuits. Family is at the core of his life, with a loving wife of 17 years, two daughters, and our cherished cockerpoo Leia.

Lewis joined the Boxmoor team in 2018 having previously been a professional tennis coach in Kings Langley, as a competitive sportsman this kind of sales environment was the perfect fit for his competitive nature. He has worked his way up through the company and is now a Senior Associate.
In September 2023 he took the next step in his career moving to our newest office in Kings Langley and has since established himself as one of the key members of the office whilst honing his valuing skills.
Lewis delivers exceptional customer service, understanding the stressful nature of the estate agency industry. The passion he has for the business continues to drive himself forward in achieving peoples dreams of their next home.
Lewis is still a keen sportsman and can often be found on the tennis court or playing football for his local team outside of work.
