Ronnie Clarke

Ronnie has worked in the industry for 20 years, starting out as a trainee negotiator with a regional firm of estate agents. In addition he is also a fully qualified mortgage broker. Ronnie has a young family, twins born in 2015, so much of his spare time is spent caring for and entertaining his young family. Ronnie has a passion for customer services which can be seen through the numerous 5 star google reviews – nothing comes before his clients best interests.

Branch Partner - Boxmoor

Simon Stears

Simon started his career in estate agency in 2013 rising up the ranks quickly to become the Branch Manager for Boxmoor in 2016.  Outside of work, Simon is a devoted father to 2 children, a keen footballer and quite often a dare devil with his young son. It’s not uncommon for Simon to come to work on a Monday with a knee injury, scrape or bruise as he has tried to impress his young son at the skate park.  He forgets he is fast approaching 40!

Assistant Branch Manager - Boxmoor

Daniel Gough

Daniel joined the team in 2018 having previously worked as a Sales Manager for a leading computer hardware supplier. Daniel has a keen interest in property and a thirst for exceptional customer service and has quickly progressed his career within the Hemel Hempstead office and is now the assistant manager.

As a recent home buyer Daniel understands only too well the stresses of buying a home and is here to help clients navigate this stressful process.

Outside of work Daniel has taught himself plumbing, building works and decorating, in particular he has a passion for décor designing (it’s the little things!) – although having a young daughter this now doesn’t leave much time for the aforementioned!

Head of Property Marketing

Aaron Dines

Aaron joined the Castles team in 2016, previously working in the Chilterns for another estate agency.

Aaron’s flair for filming video tours and photography, bringing clients’ homes to life, has led to him taking on the exciting role of Head of Property Marketing in 2022.

Branch Manager - Berkhamsted

Kiera Lawless

Kiera joined our Berkhamsted team in 2018, and is a very driven and passionate property professional.

Outside of work, Kiera enjoys socialising with her family and friends, working out, taking part in sporting events and going for walks with her beloved French Bulldog.

Mortgage Broker

Krishan Khatri

Krishan Khatri is a very experienced Mortgage Broker having worked within the finance industry since 2013.

Krishan arranged more than £75m of mortgages for clients in 2022 and is devoted to assisting his clients find the best mortgage and insurance products in the market.

Away from work Krishan and his wife are parents to 2 boys and can often be found playing football or exploring Whipsnade Zoo.

Senior Associate - Kings Langley

Lewis Denton

Lewis joined the team in 2018 having previously been a professional tennis coach in Kings Langley, Lewis is a competitive sports man and a sales environment was the perfect fit for his competitive nature. He has worked his way up through the company and is now a Senior Associate.

Lewis delivers exceptional customer service, understanding the stressful nature of the estate agency industry.

Lewis is still a keen sportsman and can often be found on the tennis court or hitting leather on willow on a warm summers evening.

Senior Associate - Berkhamsted

Callum Gerrard

Callum joined our Castles Academy Program in February 2022 in our Berkhamsted office and has risen through the ranks to Senior Associate.  Callum has become an integral part of our business; he has a clear passion to deliver an excellent experience which can been seen in his numerous Google reviews.  Callum is a hard-working individual with a passion to develop his career, he is a pleasure to work with for clients and team members.

Branch Manager - Kings Langley

Matthew Hooton

Matthew joined our Boxmoor office in 2020, having been furloughed from his previous role in car sales.

It was clear from the start that Matthew was a driven, dynamic individual and he quickly progressed to Senior Negotiator.

In 2023, Matthew took on the fresh challenge of Manager in our new Kings Langley office.

Suzi Levitt

Suzi is the Branch PA at Berkhamsted helping the sales team hit their targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Suzi joined the team in 2020 coming from the medical billing industry.
