Ronnie has a young family, twins born in 2015, so much of his spare time is spent caring for and entertaining his young family. Meet Adam Contreras, our dedicated Area Director who brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the local housing market. Adam embarked on his property journey back in 1997, starting his career with a reputable regional firm. Since then, he has consistently demonstrated his unwavering commitment to serving clients and helping them achieve their desired moves in a stress-free and enjoyable manner.

Adam’s passion for property is evident in his day-to-day interactions and his genuine desire to assist clients throughout their journey. He understands that buying or selling a property is a significant decision in one’s life, and he goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth and seamless process for our valued clients.

Ian Allison

Ian joined Castles in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience in property.

Ian started his career with a regional firm back in 1989, he worked through Black Wednesday in 1992 where interest rates hit over 15%, the Labour years, the dotcom bubble in the early 2000s and the property crash of 2008.  All of these markets moulded Ian into a well rounded, highly experienced property professional, able to navigate all types of housing markets to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Callum joined our Castles Academy Program in February 2022 in our Berkhamsted office and has risen through the ranks to Senior Associate.  Callum has become an integral part of our business; he has a clear passion to deliver an excellent experience which can been seen in his numerous Google reviews.  Callum is a hard-working individual with a passion to develop his career, he is a pleasure to work with for clients and team members.

Lauren has worked as an estate agent for the past year and a half, where she gained valuable experience in arranging property viewings, managing client enquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office. Lauren is friendly, professional, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to both clients and colleagues. With a strong work ethic and a proactive approach, she’s always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved!

Outside of work, she loves heading out for walks with her two chocolate Labradors and squeezing in a sunny holiday whenever she gets the chance.

Angela is thrilled to be working for Castles in the heart of Berkhamsted. Away from the office, Carole loves to travel and, if she’s not exploring a new city and experiencing its culture and food, can be found on a sunbed reading the latest crime thriller.

Iain Harrison

Iain has dedicated more than seven years to the estate agency industry, where he has held pivotal roles that include Sales Progression Manager and Branch Director. Throughout his tenure, Iain has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions from initial offer to completion.

In his role within the Sales Progression Team, Iain is responsible for overseeing the entire sales pipeline, liaising with clients, solicitors, and surveyors to expedite the process and resolve any issues that arose. His keen attention to detail and proactive approach significantly reduced delays and enhanced client satisfaction.

Aaron joined the Castles team in 2016, previously working in the Chilterns for another estate agency.

Aaron’s flair for filming video tours and photography, bringing clients’ homes to life, has led to him taking on the exciting role of Head of Property Marketing in 2022.

Cami joined the Castles team in July 2023.

Camelia excels as a real estate photographer, blending her keen eye for detail with advanced photo editing skills to create captivating content for social media platforms.

Camelia Tomuta is a multifaceted creative with a rich background in design and visual arts. As a skilled footwear designer and developer, Camelia has made her mark by showcasing her innovative 3D printed platform shoes at Paris Fashion Week and crafting unique designs for renowned fashion brands. Her expertise extends into interior design, where she successfully transformed the interiors of two private properties.

Lisa is new to the industry and is stepping into this field professionally for the first time, having previously worked in a retail and office environment. However, photography has always been a passion of hers.

With her keen eye for detail, Lisa is a naturally creative and enthusiastic person, who will be able to bring a new element of creativity and a fresh perspective to our growing marketing team.

Krishan Khatri

Krishan Khatri is a very experienced Mortgage Broker having worked within the finance industry since 2013.

Krishan arranged more than £75m of mortgages for clients in 2022 and is devoted to assisting his clients find the best mortgage and insurance products in the market.

Away from work Krishan and his wife are parents to 2 boys and can often be found playing football or exploring Whipsnade Zoo.
